ECON MEPs support car spare parts liberalisation

MEPs in the Economic and Monetary Affairs committee voted 36/4 in favour of Wolf Klinz’s report which supports the liberalisation of the automotive spare parts market in Europe considered in the draft Directive (COM(2004) 582 - COD(2004) 0203) amending the Legal protection of designs legislation.
