European clubs have to work together at an international level to stay competitive. This workshop on club membership was created to address the rapid growth in international competition and thus:
* Help clubs to increase membership and therefore their market share; * Improve the quality of their services; * Co-operate on new or existing products and/or services; * Share and exchange knowledge and information; * Co-operate in problem solving and on innovations.
The main goals of the workshop are:
* To create a platform where colleagues of European sister clubs can meet; * To bridge and overcome differences; * To strengthen co-operation between clubs.
The objectives of the workshop are:
* To create a European networking group on club membership; * To exchange practical information and new ideas regarding marketing actions and marketing communication; * To discuss ongoing projects; * To learn from each other's failures and successes; * To save time by preventing the wheel from being reinvented.
The concept of the workshop means that:
* Every participant is responsible for bringing and taking his/her own input and information to generate his/her own added value; the workshop moderator/organiser is responsible for bringing possible synergies together.
